Return and Exchange

For domestic (USA) return, please email us on bluebirdsbrand@gmail.com. Please write «Domestic return» in the subject of your email.

In case of international return, please contact us by email bluebirdsbrand@gmail.com . Please write «International return» in the subject of your email.

In case if you are not satisfied with your purchase please note that you may apply for refund within the period of 21 days since the date of your purchase.

All items will be accepted for return only with tags and hygienic liners. Items that you want to return must be sent to us in the original condition and packaging as they were sent to you with the original invoice included to the package. We reserve the right to refuse return in case if the item have beed worn, laundered, teared, soiled or changed in any way.

Please note that sale items are non-refundable. To make sure that you will be happy with your purchase please use the size guide on our site to make sure that the item will fit you well. Shipping and processing fees won’t be charged in case if it is not more then one item and you return your item for the first time.

We do not bear the responsibility for returns that were damaged or lost during the shipment. We will send you an email once you return has been processed, please note that usually it takes us up to 14 business days to process the return.

About Prices

Our team at Bluebirds’ Apparel is trying to check the prices accurately, however mistakes may occur. In case if for any reason it appears that the item you’ve purchase has an incorrect price Bluebirds’ Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order. All orders on mispriced products would be cancelled and funds returned to the customers.
